Our home is located on a quiet tree-lined street in a residential area. The house has a private “self-check-in” ground floor suite. Our non-smoking guest suite offers: -Private side entrance to ground floor guest suite -Private Parking - Gorgeous bedroom with a queen-size bed, and closet for storage - Exceptional 10'x18' sitting room w/ sleeper sofa & TV/Roku/Netflix/ - Full bathroom - Fully stocked kitchen with electric cooktop, pots & pans, coffee machine, Toaster, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Full-Size Fridge and basic eating essentials. I am available at all times as needed. Over 50 restaurant options to choose from. A very family-friendly town. Close proximity to many hospitals for medical professionals. The bus stop to NJ and NYC is about a 5-minute walk. The bus lines are New Jersey Transit # (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . -There is NO SMOKING or VAPING or illegal drugs of any kind inside of the unit or on the property. If anyone smokes or vapes any substance in the property they will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the property immediately. -This a family orientated neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm -No parties or gathering events, illegal activity or inappropriate behavior allowed. If police activity is involved, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately. -No loitering in front of the house or around the property -The backyard is not available for use as it currently under renovation -No additional guests that are not accounted for are allowed to stay the night.
