Randles Villa 2A Private Room with Kitchenette

Our "Randles Villa" was built in the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) 's, an additional building for the Randles Court complex. We purchased the property 3 years ago, have went through a few setbacks along the way, (check out Historic Randles Court on (Hidden by Airbnb) to see more of our story.) and just finished renovating 3 rooms on this building. We're hoping to give people a quiet place to relax while visiting the area. Our room has a modern feel to it, with a slight island vibe. We have installed a kitchenette, which includes a small sink, two burner electric stove, and a mini fridge. We provide a couple of pots & pans, utensils, dishes and towels. If there is something you need to borrow during your stay, let me know! There is also a breakfast station with a toaster oven and 4 cup coffee maker attached. The electric is all completely updated. We've tried to maintain the authentic (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) 's bathrooms. We are hoping to add some patio areas and other outside amenities in the near future. For now, we are happy to share our outdoor space with you. We have some patio chairs setting around a fire pit that we use often. Please ask before you use the fire pit if we aren't out there. We live on the property, and spend a quite a bit of time outside in our "back yard". I like to give our guests space, but there's a good chance we will see each other during your stay. We’re located in downtown Eldon, within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, restaurants, boutiques, antiques, parks, the city pool and more! A quiet town with a rich history, full of character and charm. We’re just a quick drive to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks and the magnificent Bagnell Dam! Major nearby attractions- Eldon Golf Club, Stark Caverns, Shawnee Bluff Vineyard, Lake Ozark Speedway You’ll need to travel by car to get here, but once you arrive you are within walking distance to our historic downtown, parks, a grocery store and gas stations. Walking or biking is a great way to get around. Randles Villa is comprised of 4 rooms on the ground level and a loft apartment above. Our niece and nephew that help us manage the property currently live in the loft. We've tested the noise level various ways and times and have found there to be minimal sound intrusion. Our family has a small dog that you may see on occasion. Penny loves to greet our guests, but I will do my best to keep her from bothering you if it is an issue.
