Come to relax in my cozy, comfortable room with your own private bath. I will have a muffin, and hot tea or coffee available to you each morning along with my charming pomeranian who loves everyone!! I enjoy meeting new people and welcome conversation. I live in a safe, clean. family oriented neighborhood, and we value each others space. I welcome short or extended visitations, and am certainly open to renting my room on a long term basis for a reasonable rate. My home is very comfortable and cozy! Your bathroom is directly across from your room and is private for your use only. The living room is next to your room. Feel free to relax there with the gas fireplace and TV. The kitchen and refrigerator/stove is available for you to cook or heat up your favorite meal, break out a cold beverage, or make your favorite bag of fresh popcorn! Guests have access to the common areas including: living room, kitchen, patio/fire pit. Guests may text or call for questions! My home is close to Woods Coffee, restaurants and a wonderful Park which has accommodations for young children, teens, and adults! The park includes a paved bike trail, volleyball, pickleball, basketball, dirt bike Hills, a playground for young children, climbing walls, and more! Bring the whole family here for great outdoor activities, picnics, anniversaries, birthdays, and a fun afternoon with family and friends! The local bus route is approximately 1 block from my front door. It travels to Bellingham and Whatcom County on a daily route schedule. I live close to Badger road which connects to The Guide Meridian which extends to Canada and Bellingham. I am approximately 6 miles N. to the Sumas Boarder and 2 miles to the Blaine Boarder from the Lynden Birch Bay road. Birch Bay and Semiamooh Resort are approximately 25 miles . I love meeting my guests and always interested in visiting. I am happy to give you a tour of our downtown area, events to look at, and scenic views of the Bay only 20 min. away! Always know that I respect your privacy and my house is quiet and peaceful.
