Philly burbs - Dog friendly on the main line

First floor - living room, dining area, and kitchen w door to deck, patio and fenced in backyard. Second floor - master w full bathroom, hallway bathroom. Two other bedrooms on this floor are home offices that would not be accessible. Third floor - Spiral carpeted stairs lead to third floor loft. Queen bed & exercise equipment. Few minutes walk to great local dining/nightlife options: La Cabra Brewery (our personal favorite), Nectar, the BT (Berwyn Tavern), Handles ice cream, and much more. If you’re looking for more options walk to the R5 Paoli-thorndale train and take a quick 30 min ride into Philadelphia (passing plenty of other stops w options like Wayne, Villanova, Ardmore). Uber to the city is also quick and easy. We have two dogs. They aren’t “furry” or big shedders AND we get our house professionally cleaned ... but if you have dog allergies I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else.
