Take a break from reality at this cozy getaway in the southern tier. This is a 2 bedroom newly remodeled and freshly decorated cottage with views of Chautauqua lake. This fully furnished, open concept home is equipped with full a kitchen, laundry, bedding, bath & beach towels. Our living room is equipped with a roku TV, free wifi, and a fireplace to cozy on in. Our kitchen is loaded with everything you need, including a keurig, microwave, oven, toaster oven, blender, and full fridge. We have a washer and dryer on site and provide extra bed linens and towels. Outdoors, we have seating for around the camp fire, and a gas grill available. Our property offers a single garage space for indoor parking, as well as enough room to park a boat/jet ski/snowmobile trailer OR Camper! The cottage is in walking distance from the public boat launch, basketball courts, and dog park. We are dog friendly!
