Ocoee Landing - ON THE RIVER

Our lovely riverfront home is located on the lower section of the Ocoee river and includes over 230 feet of direct river access. Ocoee Landing is an idyllic getaway on the banks of the Ocoee River in Southeast Tennessee. Your own unique smart-lock code will be provided to you for easy self-check-in and access. The space makes up the entire lower level of the home accessed through the door facing the street. You have an assigned, off-the street parking space. You will have exclusive use of the outdoor concrete patio with table and chairs and a Weber charcoal grill (with grilling utensils). The indoor space consists of 900 square feet with polished concrete floors and views of the river. The living/dining room includes a couch, loveseat and dining table with four chairs. There is also a flat screen TV with a roku streaming device in this room. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig style single cup coffee maker, assortment of K-cups, toaster oven, and kitchen utensils and linens with plates, cups and napkins. This simple set-up allows you and your guests a chance to grab some cereal or warm up leftovers before you head out for the day. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed, drawers and a place to hang your clothes. The full bathroom includes a shower-tub combo in case you are traveling with a little one. The space is all on the same level. The wooded area surrounding Ocoee Landing creates a beautiful natural setting and promises a quiet location for your country escape. The river is located across the street from the house. There is a stone picnic table for guest use only and a large pavilion beside the river which will be accessible to you during your stay if not in use by the hosts. The area features scenic drives, great hiking, the Cherokee National Forrest and of course the Ocoee River. The entire lower level of the home except the garage plus the riverside picnic table. While we don't have a desk in the space, seating is very comfortable along with a comfortable table and chairs which can be used as a workspace. Along with the available High Speed internet available "working from Ocoee Landing" is definitely possible. Use of the riverside pavilion is subject to availability and should be coordinated with the host. As hosts, we will be available through the AirBnB platform to answer any questions you may have; However, because check-in and check-out is self-service and you have your own entrance and private living quarters it is not necessary to interact with us during your stay. Ocoee Landing offers a beautiful riverfront escape ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries. We are centrally located to white water rafting, tubing, Parksville Lake, the Cherokee National Forest, in the area but far enough away to offer you a peaceful escape. There is no public transportation or ride-share services in this area. Your own car is essential.
