Bear Den Cabin/Cub

The Cub Cabin is quaint, rustic & very charming cabin located in the beautiful Ouachita Mountain range of western Arkansas. Our vision for this cabin was to offer our patrons a place to unwind from the hustle of everyday life. It's a great place to rest and star gaze. If fun adventures are more your style, adventure is right outside your door. Enjoy a day on pristine Lake Ouachita, hike/bike a trail in the Ouachita National Forest, or dig quartz crystals as Montgomery County is the quartz capital of the world. Take a thirty minute drive into Hot Springs and watch the ponies run at Oaklawn Racetrack, visit the downtown shops, get pampered on Bathhouse Row. You can canoe/kayak the river too. The nearby Ouachita River and Caddo River are loved by outdoor enthusiast. 3 miles to twin creeks with access to boat ramp, public swimming , fishing pier & Approximately 10 minutes to Ouachita Shores, Shangri La & Mountain Harbor Marina. As you can see the Cub Cabin has something for everyone. Don't hesitate to book a fabulous stay at our cabin! Memories are waiting to be made! You will have access to the entire space of this cozy cabin! There is a Roku TV that can be accessed from your personal hotspot as well as a DVD player. You can bring your own DVDs or can rent them at the Redbox located at Mt. Ida in front of the General Dollar store. Please message anytime before or during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. We have 2 rental cabins on this property... When you arrive, our cub cabin is the second cabin you come to on the right as indicated by the “Cub” sign at the driveway. You will pass our grizzly cabin first on the right as indicated by the “Grizzly” sign at the driveway. These driveways are located about 50 feet apart. Please make sure you are at cabin (The Cub) you have rented. Thank you. We are pet friendly. Additional fees do apply and a separate request will be sent for prompt payment!
