Overlooks river , private entrance/bath/ bed

Late private room and bathroom with private entrance in my home. I’m there about 50% of the time. There are five acres and you are welcomed to hike and enjoy the river. We are five minutes from town and very close to Branson as well. Very quite with no neighborhood. There is another Airbnb on the property located out about 1000 feet away from house. Quite hours are from 10 m to 7 am. There is a 600 sq foot deck as well s an additional patio with grill and fire pit you are welcome to enjoy. We are right on the river unique because we are five minutes from town. You have a private bedroom and private bath. Private deck area and private entrance I’m here on and off. If I’m home and the weather is good, you’ll find me out on the patio, lol. I love to visit, come on out. WiFi is good here. Totally secluded from the neighborhood feel. There are many acres around us. Personal vehicle is great. If you’re going out for the night Uber is good. We are very close to town Please take time to walk down to the river. It’s very quiet and serene. There is a little fire pit on the back patio you are welcome to use and the grill. I do not provide propane for them. Having said that , there is usually some in them. If not you can exchange the tank for $25 at Kum and Go , up the street. Pictures were taken last week so they are accurate. The is a small refrigerator and microwave.
