Large and Quite Private Bedroom near Central Park

Super cute and quiet space in the middle of Manhattan, safe and close to all transportations and restaurants. The apartment is in elevator building with laundry in the basement and on the back so it’s very peaceful and quiet which is rare in NYC. Warm and vibrant atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and like at home. The bedroom is yours. Kitchen (light cooking please) and bathroom are shared :) No guests and no parties please. This is very quiet and relaxing place, and I’d like to keep it like that. I am friendly and love meeting new people and hearing their stories, but also I respect your privacy. I am happy to give some recommendations and suggestions if you ask:) The location is less than 10 mins walk to more than 5 different subway lines so it’s very easy to get around. Central Park and MOMA are both a short walk. If you love shopping you are in luck because famous 5th Avenue is near by. There are Tiffany’s, Apple’s Store, Channel, Cartier, and all those fancies stores. Gorgeous The Plaza hotel is a must - to walk around take pictures. Whole Foods is one avenue away. Plus: Metropolitan museum Broadway shows Times Square Rockefeller center Short walk to more than 5 different subway lines to take you anywhere you want to go. The room is available for one guest. I have “no pets”, “no shoes”, “no friends over”, “no parties”, and “no smoking” policies. Hope we are on the same page! Please note : this is a shared apartment, and you are renting a room in it (not the whole place). Please be respectful to me or other guest staying here. This is very clean and chill place, and I’d like it to keep it like that. Also, if you are not comfortable staying with another person (female or MALE who might be staying in the other room), please don’t book this room (getting a private hotel room or a private studio might be more enjoyable for you). Thank you :) Please note : Check in - after 3 pm. Check out - before 11 am. Constructions are common in NYC between 9 am and 6 pm, so there might be some noise during those hours. Also this is regular older NYC building not a new luxury high rise.
