The Beebe Farm was started in 1921 by Fred and Pearl Beebe. There are now four generations of Beebe's who have farmed this land. Over time these spectacular views have been created by hard work and devotion to agriculture. We offer this rental for you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking panorama of Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the eastern slopes of the Adirondacks. Many activities and attractions can be found close by! Our Ranch style home sits on just under 1,000 acres of land that overlooks Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains of Vermont. We are just 1 mile from Lake Champlain. We are also within an hour of multiple ski resorts and multiple High Peaks. This house is private, thus you will have it to yourselves. Accessible: House, Porch, Attached Garage, Breezeway, Front Yard, and Back Yard. Not Accessible: Basement (Where the utilities are located). Surrounding farm land, out buildings. Pastures/barns (where the cows are fenced in). We are available for questions in person, by phone and/or by email. Beautiful Views, Farm Animals, and lots of great activities close by. Vehicle- Most activities are not within walking distance. 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended for late fall, winter and early spring seasons due to unpredictable adverse weather conditions. The house is on an active farm/sawmill, be aware there may be noise nearby. Please read our house rules for the full list of things you agree to abide by while you are booked with us. A few include: No Smoking; No fires; No Parties; No hunting; No fishing; No trespassing. You are renting the house attached garage, breezeway, front and backyard. You are Not renting the entire farm and property. No illegal activities. We provide WiFi to all guests.
