It is so very cozy for you to sleep well and a spacious kitchen, living room and dining area. Great for Stonybrook Univ., Dowling College, St. Joseph's College , Suffolk Community College students. Teachers looking to intern nearby. Nearby Central Islip and Riverhead Courthouses. We are located 12 minutes from flight academies and 7 minutes from Brookhaven Hospital. Near all major highways, airport, beaches and shopping. Our public transportation to the Long Island railroad can take you from JFK straight to the village. It is a 20 minute walk to LIRR. 10 minute drive from Islip MacArthur Airport. You will love hanging in your room but you will full access and use of the kitchen, your own cupboard space and refrigerator space. You can relax in the living room, or enjoy the fresh air out on the patio. The dining room is great for eating or bringing your laptop and enjoying the light bleeding in from outside. Many guests enjoy the main floor for this reason. I will respect privacy but happy to interact with all my guests! We are a quick walk to the amazing village that has a cool night life, restaurants and shopping. Near the L.I.R.R. for your easy commute to NYC or the Hamptons and any south shore village along the way. We are 10 minutes from Islip MacArthur airport. All the homes along your walk are unique Victorian homes and a lovely scenic drive along the shore and neighboring villages are highly encouraged. Our neighbors are friendly and this is a blue collar town. We love our peace and quiet but don't mind visitors. This is a very touristy area for the very wise traveler who is lucky enough to spend their vacation in Patchogue village for a third of what it would cost further out East. However, we have everything you could want for a true Long Island experience. Our public transportation to the Long Island railroad can take you from JFK straight to the village. It is a 10 minute walk and two minute drive. We are located about 10 minutes from Long Island Islip airport. There are public buses all around town.
