Downtown Centreview
The apartment is located in Danville’s historic district around the corner from Main St. and 2 blocks from Centre College. This comfortable apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 1890’s downtown building with hardwood floors and 11 foot ceilings above Harvey’s Restaurant. It’s a short walk to anything downtown and to Centre Collage. The space is clean, private&comfortable. Perfect for a fun romantic getaway, Centre visits, Bourbon Trail experience, Norton Center shows and more. It’s the place 2B! The apartment has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, bedroom with a very comfortable bed with soft sanitized linens that will hug you to sleep, walk-in closet, dining space, living room - with a comfortable new sleeper sofa, smart TV, hardwood floors, large rooms and eleven foot ceilings with front and back access. It is centrally located in the heart of downtown within walking distance to Centre College, the Community Arts Center, the farmers market and all of the local shopping and local eateries. You will love the friendly feel and hometown charm. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy your privacy. The building has a shared patio just outside the back door perfect for enjoying your stogie and a glass of your favorite beverage. There is no smoking in the apartment. I am available to answer any questions that may come up during your stay. If you need anything special to surprise a loved one I would be happy to help. There is something cool about being downtown especially on the weekend. It’s a fun atmosphere with Harvey’s Restaurant and Jane Barleycorns just downstairs or walk down main to Copper and Oak or Bluegrass Pizza Pub. It’s better to make reservations if you are going to Copper and Oak or Harvey’s. Jane Barleycorn has really good food but it requires planning a couple weeks in advance. The. Owner “Mary Robin” can do a personal chef experience with a 3 course meal in the apartment for up to 8 people. Plans have to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. I highly Reccomended this. If you have never visited Danville, you can walk to anything downtown but you will need a car to really enjoy all the area has to offer. With the restaurant down below it can sometimes be a little noisy until they close. I have never had a complaint but it is a downtown apartment.
