Come enjoy this family friendly beach apartment in a private community. The property features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 bunk beds) and a bath. The great room includes kitchenette with Thermador cooktop, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, and a complete set of Calphalon Cookware Herbs, spices, sugar, coffee and tea, as well as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and paper products. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom. The Boat House also has HD TV, AC/heat, charcoal Weber grill on large deck overlooking the private beach--access to 60 feet of waterfront! Our private association has a park with a playground, tennis court and shuffleboard a short walk away. A garden railroad (G gauge) next door is fun for children and adults! Check out what's happening in the workshop as well. Unfortunately the Boathouse is not pet-friendly or accessible for wheelchairs as there is an outdoor flight of stairs to access the apartment.
