The Vail Room at the Meadows House (2/2)

Located minutes from the Outlet Malls and downtown Castle Rock, we live in The Meadows. A quiet neighborhood, with nearby bars, dining and shopping. Our home is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house. The guest bedrooms are open for guest to rent out and enjoy. Our rooms are only for a single guest over the age of 18, no pets or children. 420 friendly. The home includes three floors. The guest bedrooms are located on the second floor along with the shared bath. Both rooms come with a mini fridge, TV, extra blankets, a window fan, a space heater, complimentary water, extra linens, robes for the hottub, and Lysol spray and wipes. The great room includes the kitchen and living room and are both available for guest use and a half bath. The upstairs game loft is also open to be shared along with the outdoor hottub, patios, and fire pits! Need extra space? She is training, very energetic, loving, but still learning the rules. Please notice and consider this when booking! Guest can access the guest bedroom, shared bathrooms, loft, kitchen and living room, and outdoors. Please do not enter private bedrooms. We love meeting and hanging out with our guest but don’t feel bad staying in the room if you prefer peace and quiet! We are available for questions or if you need anything during your stay! Our home is minutes from a large Outlet Mall with all kinds of shops at great prices. We also have a unique small-town feel with great places to go and find something unique such as The Barn, and The Emporium plus all kinds of local bars, restaurants and places to see. Castle Rock is great for outdoors and we are close to major highways to get all over Denver, Colorado Springs and into the mountains for Skiing! Come hike The Castle Rock, bike the trails, or explore the Rampart Range and the Devils Head Fire-lookout. Public transportation is limited in CR. Personal vehicles or ride shares are recommended. Unfortunately pets are not allowed and and guests must be 18+. Please note this home is three floors and does have stairs. Due to HOA regulations, minimum stay is 30-days and a written lease agreement will be required and provided to the HOA.
