Charming village home

If you like to cook, this house has a great kitchen & stove. The backyard is super safe for kids to play. The open living area is bright & sunny facing the back yard. The locking, covered glass doors in the living room close off the foyer to the other short-term AirBnB rental. For now, we have a treadmill in the living room. If you feel comfortable, feel free to use it. Otherwise you can shield it from view with a curtain surround. The house side has a cozy, decorative flair! There are lots of nooks to spread out & relax. I usually have puzzles set up on the dining room game table. Feel free to get one out a puzzle! The breakfast nook is always sunny & warm. We are pet friendly with a $30 per stay extra cleaning fee. We ask that you not leave your dog(s) home alone since we have had problems with them barking & disturbing the loft guest next door. We will give you access to the house code the day before or day of arrival. Please feel free to use all of the house except the basement area as it is not furnished or prepped for guest stays. Additionally, the outside garden house is not for guest use. please park your car on the left side of the driveway, since loft guests will use the right side. Please keep your outside activities to the back yard. Loft guests can use the front yard. The Amtrak station is about 5 blocks away on Railroad Ave. The local buses are GMT -Green Mountain Transit & their Chittenden county schedules can be found (Website hidden by Airbnb) Dogs are allowed but an additional cleaning fee is assessed for hair/fur @ $30 per stay.
