This serene, beautifully crafted idyllic log cabin on 4.5 acres fits up to 6 guests and is just 5.5 miles from Windham Mountain! The home boasts a wall of windows with gorgeous mountain views. Great restaurants and unique shops are just a short drive away along with hiking trails, Colgate Lake, and Kaaterskill Falls. It is a calm and tranquil home full of peace and comfort. With plenty of space inside and out, you will love spending time here to get away from the noise, hustle and bustle. If your looking for a “Party House”, this is NOT the place for you. This is our family home to respectfully enjoy with your own family. If you are looking for a comfortable cabin in the mountains to enjoy with your family you have found it! After experiencing all the activities the area has to offer, take in the views on the rear deck and outdoor seating. There is also a fire pit for starry nights and roasting marshmallows. This home includes a finished basement with an open concept family room. Never a dull moment and plenty of space to spread out. Our master loft bedroom is open to the main floor living area. Beautiful craftsmanship can be seen throughout the home's design as well as much of the furniture. Our home in the mountains brings us joy; peace; comfort; and pride with our family and we hope you will find the same! Guest Access: Guests have access to full house. Other Things to Note: I ask my guests to call or text me at check in and check out. Internet and cell work great at the house, but can be spotty driving through the mountains. Master Bedroom is an open loft with beautiful views-- just know there is no door-- the stairs lead directly to the bedroom. Both bedrooms on main floor have a door. Guests have access to full house.
