Room available in home with rocking chair porch #4

I restored this 100 year old bungalow this year and would like to welcome you to visit. The front porch is my favorite space to hangout. The house and rooms are a mixture of old and new furniture with lots of character. Each room has a comfortable memory foam mattress. This room is available for monthly rental. Nurses and students are welcome. I live a half a mile from the hospital. I also have a lock box which allows you to check yourself in if need be. Thank you for considering my home!! Only 12 miles away is the Tryon International Equestrian Center Lake Lure and Chimney Rock are a close 30 miles There are three wineries within 5 miles of Rutherfordton Main Street Hendersonville is on your way to eclectic Asheville Of course there are mountains and waterfalls around every bend. Memories are waiting to be made!
