We have one king size bed and two queen size beds. You have full use of all appliances and dishes. This is a two story house with all bedrooms on the second floor. Host will greet guests You will have the privacy of the entire house with the hosts either greeting you when you arrive or providing seamless entry to the house but not on the property during your stay. We are in a county hamlet. The historic house is set back off the road. Quiet yet the location is accessible to all the wonders of the Hudson Valley. You will need a car. There is no smoking in the house. A deposit is required and will vary depending on the length of the stay. Fuel Oil is not included. Owner will fill the tank a day or two before occupancy. User will fill the tank a day or two before departure. All other utilities are included. Cleaning. The house will be cleaned just prior to your arrival. We will have the house cleaned every two weeks for your stay at a rate of $175.00 per cleaning. Cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit.
