Centrally located, you'll be a few minutes by car from Center City, the city’s historic neighborhoods of Old City and Society Hill, as well as many local sites such as the Libert Bell on Independence Mall. Getting Around: Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car? ON-SITE PARKING: The building offers paid parking for as low at $15/day (depending on how many days you're booking for). Once you book your stay, We’ll share the link to reserve your spot. ON-STREET PARKING Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, great if you only plan to park for an hour or two. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited. OTHER OPTIONS For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Otherwise, we recommend getting around the city using Uber or Lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you! Other Things to Note: - A $250 security deposit (in the form of an authorization hold that is automatically released 3-days after checkout) will be collected before check-in. As per HOA requirements, you will also be required to upload your ID, and sign a waiver. Failure or refusal to complete these steps does not make your reservation eligible for a refund. - For your health and safety, Sosuite guests are required to adhere to the City of Philadelphia's limitations on gatherings.
