This 3rd floor skylight loft in a 1901 Mansion is YOUR private living space. It’s the perfect small apartment with a private entrance has it all! Master bedroom with a HUGE walk in closet, updated bathroom, and renovated retro kitchen to say the least! The skylights fill the living room with natural light! Two couches convert to two additional beds, along with a SECOND full sized private full size bed! The great room has a 40inch smart flatscreen tv for entertainment! This home is unique by both location & the history! It was built in the early 1900’s and just recently renovated for your use. With original trim and grey floors, the loft is lit up from natural light beaming through the windows as well as the sky lights in the great room! The sofa beds in the great room are VERY simple and comfy! Push the back of the couch down until you hear two clicks and it’ll fall into a flat bed! Foam toppers in the closet to make the sofa beds even more comfy :). In total the entire space can sleep 5-6 comfortably! Whether you are staying in the 1st floor or the 3rd all guest have access to the front covered porch! My husband, myself as well as our 3 year old daughter live in the 2nd floor so we are happily available throughout the day and night! This house is located in a tight-nit and quaint little neighborhood called Valentine. We are minutes walking distance to Westport, a 10 minute drive downtown and only a 3-4 minute drive to the Plaza. You are surrounded with shopping and restaurants :). With this house being located in midtown you can easily park and get around by car, public transit, bicycle, motorized scooters (they are everywhere here) and walking! Absolutely NO smoking in or around the house! Smoking must be done off the property near the streets. Thank you! There are two ring doorbells installed for our safety and yours, but mainly for packages :). The ring doorbells do have video surveillance within 10-15 feet in front of both the front door and the side door.
