Room + ensuite + kitchenett with separate entrance

Enter the house through French doors that only you will use. Due to covid protocols, you can communicate with the host through sliding glass doors that separate the entry from the host residence, or message on the app. A queen bed, open wardrobe, dresser, built-in desk and basic kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs is included in the spacious bedroom. Extra blankets and pillows are conveniently located The adjoining bathroom has a large vanity, tub with a shower + plenty of towels, soap, etc The room is in a two-bedroom bungalow occupied by the owner. The owner, Debbie, uses her own ensuite bath , bedroom, kitchen and living room. Due to social distancing protocols common areas are not shared at the time of this writing. You have exclusive use of your bedroom, ensuite, kitchenette and side entry. The host uses the front entrance of the house and her own kitchen, bath and living space. During covid there is no contact. There are BBQs and fire pits in the yard that are used by the campers and Guesthouse during the summer. Let me know if you are interested in using them. Laundry facilities are available on request and are located in your ensuite bathroom. Please message me through the Airbnb app. or speak to me outside or through the sliding glass doors that separate our spaces, while covid protocols are required. normally it's a pretty quiet area. basic necessities are all within walking distance. you can easily walk anywhere in the town. please practice all the usual social distancing precautions. wear a mask in common area of the house, minimize use of common areas, wash your hands frequently especially before and after using the kitchen.
