Welcome to the Foothills. We have a beautifully appointed suite with its own garage at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The suite is brand new, equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with king size bed. This could be a great stop on the way to or from Mt. Washington ski resort, or home base of the nature enthusiast wishing to explore the nearby trails. Designed for long-stays, this suite has everything you need to live comfortably and is minutes away from all North end amenities. Private self-contained suite above its own garage. Suite is attached to our main home. Approximately 850 square feet total, living space is nicely separated from living area and kitchen. It is a brand new subdivision so there is some construction in the area. The Foothills is a great area to walk and hike We are located minutes from North Nanaimo amenities via car.
