Walk to the Alliant Energy Center!

Located just five minutes away from Madison's downtown area with a casual view of our states capitol from our driveway. We are conveniently located within walking distance to the Alliant Energy Center, 5 minute drive to John Nolan's boat launch, 10 minute drive to the Kohl Center and approximately 10 minutes to Camp Randall depending on traffic. Our house is also a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Coliseum Bar which usually offers bus rides to Badger games. Our house was built back in the early 1900's and proved to be the original farm house in the area, with a whole house remodel in 2010. There is plenty of room in the home at approximately 3100 sqft. You can enjoy a nice evening on the patio or hangout around the fire pit. Our property is unique in other ways as it also comes with a mother-in law suite. This unit is fully occupied but have no worries, this unit also has its own separate entrance as not to disturb your family functions. It is actually my own mother who lives here. :) If you are traveling with little ones we do have a pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat and toys available upon request.
