This bedroom is located in a ranch home on a quiet, one-acre, treed lot. It has gleaming hardwood floors , a night stand, dresser, and a decent size closet. Guests will have access to all other areas in the house, including a large, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fire place, shady side porch, and laundry area. There is even some room for storage in the large basement. This home has been fully renovated with all new windows, new flooring in the bathroom and kitchen, new bathroom vanity and toilet, new storm doors, many new light fixtures, etc. It also has gleaming hardwood floors. Living room, dining room, kitchen, side porch, laundry in basement. We live right next door so are there if you need us. We’re always just a text or a phone call away if we’re not home. This is a quiet, “sleepy” neighborhood. However, it has very close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. This Airbnb is very close to Route 309 and about 10 minutes away from the Turnpike. The host will be over every few days for light housekeeping in the common areas and to empty the trash. Guests are responsible to clean up after themselves in the bathroom and kitchen. Please be respectful of the other house guests at all times. (There will most likely be one or two other guests, but never more than 3) Unpaid guests are not permitted in the home, unless special permission has been given by the host.
