It's less than 30 minutes from Elon or Chapel Hill; 45 minutes from Durham, and only five minutes from Saxapahaw and the Haw River Ball Room. The PINGPONG APARTMENT (yes, PingPong table is in there) is 1 of 3 separate listings for the same house. Besides the PINGPONG APARTMENT, there is the MAIN HOUSE (5 bedrooms - sleeps 10) and the POOL HOUSE (1 bedroom - sleeps 2). You can find these other listings on Airbnb and add them to your booking if needed. All three bookings, which are different sections of the whole house, will accommodate 16 people and would be ideal for a family reunion or a retreat, be it corporate or otherwise. The upstairs two-bedroom PINGPONG APARTMENT looks out over the swimming pool and is above the POOL HOUSE. Its brand-new decor is cheerfully bright and colorful with some rustic touches that make for a homey, cozy feel. There is a full, well-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms each with their own private bath, washer and dryer, and a Great Room where the large TV and ping-pong table and are located. Ping-pong paddles and balls are there and ready for play! Guests will have the entire Ping Pong Apartment to themselves. The apartment is one of three separate listings, each of which are different sections of the large house. The pool, pastures, pond with dock, and the rolling hills of the 93-acre farm will be shared with other guests. You can be sure that there is plenty of room in these wide open spaces! We live on the adjacent farm and are available by call or text during your time here.
