This wonderful 3 bedroom single family home is the perfect place to stay during your Spring Training excursion, golf getaway, or relocation to the Valley of the sun! You will be within minutes of the Spring Training facilities of the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox and LA Dodgers. West Gate Entertainment District and the University of Phoenix Stadium are also nearby. In this home you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The living room is furnished with a plush couch, loveseat and oversized chair. The entertainment center has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and movie library. The 6 person dining room table separates the living room from the kitchen in this great room concept. You will find the kitchen is fully accommodated with cooking, baking, dining and entertaining supplies. This home has 3 well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, two nightstands, 8-drawer dresser and flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The en suite bathroom has dual vanities and a shower/tub combo. Each of the two other guest rooms both feature queen size beds and nightstands. The guest bath is just down the hall and offers a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Step outside and enjoy the Arizona weather on the patio. This space offers a propane grill, table and chairs for dining and relaxation. Putt around on the 4 hole putting green or take a spin on one of the two bicycles offered to our guests. Enjoy your stay! House Rules ~Check in time is at 3:00 PM ~Check out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind ~Guest must be at least 25 years of age. ~All reservations must submit driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer. ~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee ~No Pets ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home.
