Includes large back yard and front yard, plus off-street parking spot (left side of driveway.) You are renting the main level (1000 sq. ft.). A friendly, full-time tenant lives in the basement unit (hence the quiet hours of 10:30pm-8:00am.) Both the front and back yard are beautifully landscaped - the perfect oasis to unwind in at the end of a busy day. Requests for exclusive backyard guest access for parties or events are accepted. This 120 year-old home in the downtown core has been completely renovated with touches of historical detail throughout: plaster and high ceilings restored, original lighting preserved when possible, maple floors refinished, and the homes' original exterior shiplap siding revealed and restored. As a former art gallery owner and custom framer, my home is filled with an eclectic collection of original art and memorabilia for you to enjoy. A brand new high-end kitchen is ready to cook and entertain in with quartz countertops, new gas range, and ultra-quiet dishwasher. It comes fully stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. A coffee station is fully stocked to get your morning off to a strong start. Weber gas grill is set up in back. The beautifully tiled bathroom sports a dual showerhead and overhead heat lamp, while the soothing bedroom features a new vaulted ceiling, queen bed, bay window and additional vanity sink for extra personal bath space. The living room's new sofa sleeper has a memory foam mattress (no bars!) Wifi internet, Smart TV with Roku including YouTube.TV & Netflix. Washer/Dryer. SUMMER GUESTS: Bozeman is known for it's incredibly packed summer schedule. You'll be in walking distance of Music of Main, Farmers Markets, Sweet Pea Festival, Christmas Stroll, The Ellen and Rialto & Ellen Theaters, our annual Car Show, and much more. You won't need a vehicle for anything, other than getting out to explore Montana! After a day of exploring, return home and enjoy a relaxing evening in the front country garden or spacious backyard with gas fire-pit and BBQ grill. WINTER GUESTS: You'll stay toasty with a gas fireplace, radiant floors and space-kick heaters in the kitchen and back porch. Your bedroom and bath are equipped with radiant heaters. All heat is adjustable to your comfort level. There is also an enclosed front entry porch for safe storage of your ski's, bikes, and other gear.
