All our short term units include bedding, towels, high speed internet and a smart TV where you're able to watch from streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon...ect. Located within walking distance to various restaurants and a short drive from all that Williston has to offer! Daily, weekly and monthly rates available! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! Apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Coin operated laundry located on the first floor. Parking available in the street or ally next to the building. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Apartment is located on the second floor of the building. However, check my work texts and emails regularly when I am out of the office. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
