The Vista Over the Vineyard

The Vista, "in a tiny experience." If you’re looking for piece and quiet, this is it. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a tranquil location with a nice view above the 200 vine vineyard. No traffic at all, only the sounds of birds. Amenities include a full kitchen, bathroom, bed located in the loft (you must go up narrow steep steps,) convection oven/microwave, induction range, air conditioner, heater, desk, indoor and outdoor shower, quaint patio. Tiny means tiny. We have many fruit trees and fast WIFI. This unit includes a bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower, sink, and a composting toilet like those seen on HGTV, hot water pot, very fast WiFi (160 Mbps download, 125 Mbps upload), and a Smart TV. The home shares mutual parking, is located adjacent to our home, but there are no other homes beyond our property nearby. Cell service is just fine and there's a coffee maker. With the Coronavirus an issue, we've implemented significant additional cleaning procedures. For your safety and peace of mind, as well as ours, we will be cleaning and disinfecting every surface after each guest. This includes all door knobs, handles, counter-tops and any surface you may come in contact with. We also kindly request on checkout to take two minutes for you to gather your used linens and place them outside as we’re currently caring for two 80 plus year old's and this simple and kind act helps us take extra precaution for their sake at this time. We're available as needed. We're located off the beaten path amongst orchards but only five minutes to the store. The property has 2 cameras located on the main house, away from your unit and are pointed at the parking area only. The cameras will be recording during reservations.
