Bosque Crossing - Meagan’s Room -1870's Farm House

Built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , my home is just 20 minutes from Waco, sitting on 70 acres along the Bosque River. My home is yours, so feel free to venture out onto the property. The farm animals love visitors and a short walk takes you to the river in one direction or shopping in the other! Bosque Crossing is half an hour from the silo district, Baylor, uptown Waco, and 10 minutes from the “Fixer Upper” farmhouse. You can enjoy the farm experience less than 30 minutes from THE travel destination in Texas. Our home was built as the first residence in the “new” town of Valley Mills when the town shifted from the river to a more southern point as the railroad was built. It is on the Bosque River and the cowboys crossing the cattle at this point on the Chisholm Trail dubbed it “Bosque Crossing”. You have access to any shared space, including the farm itself, living areas, dining room, kitchen, and an outdoor relaxation area. I am available at any time by text. As a single parent and attorney/business owner with court appearances, I am not always going to be present when you arrive or depart. I love visiting when I am home and would love to tell you all about the house and the area and hear about your travels! We are in a small town just outside of Waco. Guests can easily drive ten minutes to anything happening in the city of Clifton (well-known across the state for its focus on artists) and are less than a 30 minutes commute to anything in Waco. Coming soon: Valley Mills Vineyards is completing their winery less than a mile up the highway. It promises spectacular views and an ambience one would expect in Napa. I cannot wait! It’s always best to have your own vehicle, whether it be privately owned, or a rental. There is a rental company at the Waco Airport, which is 20 minutes from the residence. Waco has numerous places to eat , and several tourist attractions. I’m our small neck of the woods we also have a subway, a local Mexican restaurant, and a local burger and Chinese restaurant. 10 minutes north is the City of Clifton, which has several places to eat, along with a historic movie theatre.
