Unlike most properties in this community, ours is flat without dangerous rocks jetting out of the ground or steep slopes and is equipped with a spectacular 4 foot diameter burn area circular fire pit with fire wood provided, hand made Guatemalan Hammock, a gas grill, table with 4 chairs, and Adirondack chairs - the perfect environment for a family and friends get together for a BBQ . Enjoy Wireless internet throughout the home / back yard and Basic Cable TV (150+ Channels). The living room features a HUGE 65 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV with an XBOX One S & a Playstation 4 which play CDs, DVDs, Blue-rays and have activated Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Commercial Free Hulu Plus Accounts giving you access to thousands of movies and TV shows at the touch of a button. Video gamers rejoice because the XBOX One S & PS4 are loaded with a staggering amount of top notch awesome games and we also offer an Authentic Coin Op Arcade Cabinet as well. With 100s of games from all genres, satisfying gaming experiences can be had by young and old, casual and hardcore gamers alike. We also offer a 40 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom with 150+ basic channels and an activated Netflix account in addition to a Netflix button right on the remote control for ease of use. Highland Lakes Cottage features 3 bedrooms (Bedding Provided) - 1 Queen & 2 Fulls (All Memory Foam Mattresses), 1 full bathroom (Tub, Shower, Toilet, Sink), 1 Laundry Room with commercial washer and dryer - No trips to a laundry mat, and an 8 x 20 Sun Room (SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THIS ROOM)., Living Room / Dining Room, and a spacious Kitchen with a Waist High Oven (no bending) Ample parking is also provided in the front yard. Guests have access to any one of the 5 pristine lakes in the community (no gasoline powered boats permitted on the lakes) to enjoy life guarded swimming & great fishing. Great hiking & boat rentals are only 12 min away at Waywayanda State Park. Right on the corner of our block, just a 3 minute walk away, you will find a beautiful lake with baseball diamonds, basketball courts, tennis courts, jungle gym, and a concession stand with a bathroom as well. Enjoy long walks, bike rides, or a jog down winding country roads. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area as well ... Highland Lakes is a Private Community in which all residents are registered with the town. As per a New Town Ordinance, all renters / tenants must pay a $50 registration fee (Mandatory Fee added to each booking automatically) and must provide me with the First and Last Name of each member of your party, including minors. You must also provide me with the telephone numbers of all legal aged adults in your party and the Home Address of the person who booked the reservation. I am required to provide you with a copy of the By-Laws which you will find in the compartment of the coat rack mirror at the entrance of the cottage. Note tenants are Liable for any fines issued by the town to the owner for the actions or lack there of of the tenants. During the Summer Months, registered tenants my obtain parking decals & beach tags at $1 per day per tenant. Beach tags may obtained in the club house office, I suggest brining an ID with you in case you are asked for it. Check In 4 pm / Check Out 11 am $ 75.00 Pet Fee applies where applicable. We do not allow cats. Holiday Fees are built into your quote and apply where applicable. Note: Minimum Stay - 2 Nights Maximum Stay 90 Nights Maximum Capacity is 6 (adults or children) Sales Tax Collected and Distributed by Rental Site. For stays of 1 month or more, the home will be cleaned in the middle of the month during your stay. NOTE - With the WORLD WIDE COVID 19 CRISIS, not all activities in the area may be available, social distancing & mask wearing may be in effect in public places, and stores may have shortages of supplies. NOTE – Recreational Use of Marijuana is legal in NJ. Guests are NOT PERMITTED to use marijuana inside the house, the sunroom, or the front yard. Marijuana usage is only PERMITTED in the backyard.
