Rustic Serenity on Logan Martin Lake

Our lake house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, in a culdesac on a private lot. It is very peaceful. The house has 3 levels and ample room to spread out if needed. Our lot has year round water, even though the water level DOES go down a few feet from what is pictured here. Lakeside, we are in a slough that provides you with great views while being off the main channel to allow for swimming, floating, kayaking etc. Talladega speedway- 30 min Barber motor sports- 30 min Downtown B’ham- 45 min You will have access to the entire home, the decks, the boat dock, front yard, driveway, and the lake! (you will have to use a public boat launch if you bring a personal boat, but you can store the trailer at the house) We live less than an hour away- we can be there if needed, but plan to stay away. We can be reached by cell phone if questions arise. The basement ceiling is very low. (6ft) The stairs inside and out are steep. There are areas on the sun deck that have a drop off with no railings. Smoking on property is NOT permitted. Pets are NOT allowed. Exterior of home is on video cameras for security, but interior is completely private. Home is accessed by a key code entry- BE SURE NOT TO LOCK THE ACTUAL DOOR KNOB PORTION...ONLY THE DEADBOLT WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE OR YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT.
