Bayview Fireside Cabin on Lake Vermilion

Perfect for fishing, boating, snowmobiling, or just escaping the busy city life. This cabin is located deep in the northwoods on the Lake Vermilion. Kids love the large yard behind the cabin where you'll find plenty of space for pickup games of soccer and baseball. Woods on the rest of the lot provide almost unlimited places for exploration. If that isn't enough there is an ATV / Snowmobile / walking trail that runs parallel to our road and from there you can get anywhere in the region. This north-woods cabin was built in '54 and has seen many updates over the years. The original knotty pine floors and ceiling are still just as warm feeling today as they were when it was built. A large hand laid stone fireplace is the center of the living room where you will also find a 42" TV with Netflix, Youtube TV (ESPN, Fox Sports, NBC, etc), and a huge movie collection. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need for cooking, including coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and a grill.. Guests have the entire cabin to themselves. There is a private fire pit, deck, and grill. In addition there are three shared 60' docks and a community firepit by the water. We live in our home on the same property. If you need anything we will be available but understand most people come up here to escape. This cabin is one of three on our property and Bayview Lodge is located to the East of our property. During summer months there is an outdoor bar at Bayview Lodge and despite the large fence it is something that you can generally hear when outdoors. They are great neighbors and shut things down by 10 pm but if you don't want to hear or see other people this property is not for you.
