This newly renovated 4 bedroom farmhouse is equipped with a stunning vintage kitchen made to bring you back to GiGi's (Great Grandma's). Our home offers a game room to enjoy foosball, pool, or darts with your family and friends. Whether it's hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, skiing or just relaxing, our fourth-generation farmhouse is the perfect place for your next country get-a-way. If you wish to make a long distance call, a calling card is required. GENERATOR - Should you lose power during your stay, no worries, our home is equipped with a back-up generator including automatic startup. 10 seconds after the power goes out - generator will automatically kick on!! OUTDOOR DINING: Charcoal grill, two picnic tables & fire pit. (Charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter and firewood provided) HUNTING: In the surrounding area there’s plenty of public land parcels available for deer, turkey, bear, grouse, pheasant and other small game hunting. FISHING: Our farmhouse is located on the Little Delaware River. This property over-looks and has direct access to over 2000 feet of river-front. Public fishing access available for miles. PEPACTON RESERVOIR offers excellent trout and bass fishing for all levels. The reservoir is over twenty miles long and one-half mile wide.
