Kitchenette has an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, electric hotplate, all dishes and utensils provided plus a toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker w/ pods provided, basic cooking oil and seasonings, iron with ironing board. Studio has private entrance with Fiber optic high speed internet, TV, private bathroom with a tub, sitting area outside. Come enjoy the country! Kodachrome State Park is only a quick 10 min drive away. A peaceful 20 min drive will bring you to the world wonder of Bryce Canyon National Park . Capital Reef National Park is only a short 2 hour drive northeast on the beautiful Utah Scenic byway Highway 12 which will take you on a voyage through the Grand Staircase and over the scenic Boulder mountain. Zion National Park is a comfortable drive of 1 1/2 hours away to the breath taking canyons. A short 5 mile drive to the town of Tropic will provide you with amenities such as Clark's grocery store, Bryce Canyon Pizza Place, IDK Bbq, Rustler's restaurant and Sinclair Gas station. We live in a very small, peaceful and quiet community. As such, quiet time will be from 10pm-7am and will be strictly enforced to provide the best experience for all guest and for the neighborhood.
