The bathroom features bamboo personal paper products (TP), bamboo towels and a heated floor. There is a galley style kitchennett with microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water maker, refrigerator, plates, cups, silverware & more. Face Masks are required everywhere in the home except your room. Safety First, we sterilize the air pumped into the guest room. Newly installed UVc germ killing comercial grade lamp units in the air handling system that keeps us cool or warm. Similar units are used in hospital operation rooms to sterilize the theatre. As air is moved over the lanp area germs (bacteria and viruses) in the air are instantly killed and dust trapped in the whole house heppa filter. And we have a portable unit to sweep through high surface touching areas. We are serious about stopping community spread of covid-19. We provide nitryl gloves for use in common / shared areas. We love getting to know our guests, but always respect privacy. Be Our Guest! Our home is on a culdisac street, so there is very little traffic. There is an off street parking space just for guests top side of our driveway. A 38 acre park joins the back of our 1 acre property so we are 1/2 in the woods. Walking trails start at the end the street. Tennis / Pickel courts are on the next block over with an excellent gravel walking loop. The green ribbon trail is just past the electric train station and goes on for miles towards Philadelphia or Doylestown. Lyft picks up here, and we Lyft too, but you'll have to "suffer" riding in the zero pollution lux super quiet, super safe Tesla. The electric train station is 1 mile away, a good walk if you like. CVS is within walking distance as is the down town. Weaver's Way Grocery Coop has hot meals and an out door cafe. Heating and Cooling are controlled outside the guest suite. We keep the air moving all the time programed by our nest. There is a space heater & fan in the room for your convenience. The bed is heated too.
