Our cabin in the treetops is the perfect place to rest, work remotely, or use as a basecamp for exploring the surrounding area. Our aesthetic is modern eclectic. We do our best to use only chemical/cruelty free products that are ethically and sustainably sourced. The cabin has many modern conveniences including an eco-friendly hot tub with epic views, high speed internet and chromecast for streaming your connected devices. Hot tub is available year round. Pellet stove is available Oct-March. **NOTE: Hottub is available year round. Pellet stove is maintained and pellets are stocked Oct 1 - Mar 15 ** **NOTE: We are pet friendly with no pet fees but to be fair to our cleaning company and also guests who have allergies, if there is evidence of your pet being on the bedding or furniture you may be charged an additional cleaning fee up to $150. **NOTE: We can't provide discounts for weather related events but we have a flexible cancellation policy. In case of winter weather, please check the weather before your trip and decide what you would like to do. The roads are plowed in the winter time but we recommend using an All Wheel Drive vehicle between the months of November - Early March and following all local weather warnings and guidelines. **NOTE: in the event of a maintenance issue or cleaning related request we can offer a complimentary cleaning (or repair) within 24 hours or a 20% discount off of your stay which will be your choice. Please notify us immediately of any maintenance related concerns so we can keep the cabin in safe and comfortable condition for all the guests. Both the upper deck where the hot tub is and the lower deck have reaching views of the valley and woods. All of the bedding in the cabin is hypoallergenic and carefully sanitized. We provide Renpure products in the bathroom and use chemical free cleaning supplies. The cabin is professionally cleaned after each guest. On the walls you'll see artwork from each National Park we have visited including nearby Shenandoah National Park. We are well stocked with indoor and outdoor cozy blankets, coffee and tea, and all kitchen necessities for enjoying a delicious meal and watching the stars come out. In the front is a seating area and small garden which is great for enjoying a glass of wine. For crisp and cool days there is a clay oven that can be used for warmth or to cook outside. The entire cabin and one acre property is yours to enjoy. Please be respectful of the neighboring cabins in the community and all the land itself. Please read the digital house manual and entire listing FIRST for information on all things cabin related and our FAQ's. If you can't find what you are looking for, we will try to respond to any additional questions within 2 hours during day time hours. Check out our other cabin in Hedgesville if this one is booked! It is listed as "Cozy Cabin with Good Vibes" Our cabin is in an HOA community with other cabins. The roads are maintained by the HOA. It is a very calm and peaceful area. Please drive slowly through the neighborhood and keep an eye out for deer, chickens, goats, and children. There are a few towns nearby that we love. Winchester is 25 minutes south and has farm to table restaurants with dog friendly patios, a downtown area that is decorated throughout the year for various events and several major grocery stores. In the spring time be sure not to miss the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival ! This is a local favorite, family-friendly event that features parades, carnival rides, music competitions, dances, and the coronation of Queen Shenandoah. Downtown Winchester features a walking mall that shares space with modern day amenities, historic buildings, and artifacts from the past. Locals and tourists alike love to pay a visit to the house that Patsy Cline grew up in, a modest home located in the center of town, which also features walking tours." About 25 minutes to the north there is Martinsburg, WV which has some highly rated dining options. In nearby Berkeley Springs, WV you'll find regionally famous breweries and historical sites. Just down the road from the cabin in Inwood be sure to check out the local farm stands with hot and fresh apple cider in the fall and winter, and lemonade in the spring and summer.
