Downtown Philly is 20 minutes by car and 40 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from our house . Uber and Lyft are usually minutes away. The Septa bus is one minute away. The bus goes to Walmart, fast food, CVS and much more. The movie "Silver Linings Playbook" was filmed at the house next door to us. Near Philly but not in Philly.
