Old Otterkill Farm Cottage

A cozy cottage on the property of an old farm house in beautiful Orange County, NY. You will feel welcome and have your own private space while in close proximity to the amazing wineries of the Shawgunk Wine Trail, distilleries, breweries, farms and hiking trails at Harriman State Park. This is a perfect stop for a wedding weekend, a comfy weekend away from NYC or for a great long weekend getaway. The fold out couch can be used as a couch or kept out for a full size bed; the loft has a twin. You will have a living space, private bathroom, kitchenette with a Kuerig, mini fridge and microwave. Everyday kitchen essentials will be provided. We are available during your stay if you need anything! We are in a rural neighborhood, down the street from working farms nestled alongside a tributary of the Hudson River. Driving is essential in the area. This is a farm house in a country setting. Our home and barn were built in the early 1800’s. The cottage has an electric fireplace that not only provides amazing heat, it creates a beautiful winter ambience! We have a fire pit if you would like to use it. Homemade Breakfast is available for a nominal fee upon request. We are also more than happy to help you celebrate a special event like an anniversary or birthday! We can arrange flowers, balloons, cake/cupcakes and more. Please let us know!
