This is a second-floor street side apartment with one large unit to the back of the building and another small unit below. Quiet neighborhood and great tenants. One dog welcome, no cats please. The apartment has free off-street parking and is in the Tree Street section of Bangor, which is home to some of the original and oldest homes in Bangor. Some of the original features of the home have been kept, while necessary updates have been done to provide a cozy and tucked in feel. The apartment is on the second floor. You enter the front door on the street side and ascend a set of stairs, pictured in listing. You have your own locked entrance. Both the home owner and manager, Coleen, live nearby and are available at all times for any issues or suggestions. Elm Street is one of the historical Tree Street areas of Bangor. This extension is very quiet and located on somewhat of a dead end. The neighbors are quiet, and the area is very safe. We have two large medical centers nearby, so there may be some occasional siren activity. Our home is located very close to the downtown area; probably a 15- minute walk. Bangor has a bus system, and Uber and Lyft are also available. We will request a 40.00 pet fee when you check out. Thank you.
