Our newly remodeled home is located in an urban part of Harrisburg, which offers a diverse group of neighbors and families. Our home is in a mature neighbor not far from downtown Harrisburg. We are close to everything Harrisburg; Hershey Park, The Farm Show and the National Civil War Museum to name a few. This newly renovated home offers 3 upstairs bedrooms featuring a single King Size bed in one room and the additional two bedrooms both have two Full XL Beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a stand-up shower and a half bathroom downstairs on the main floor. The basement is finished but does have low ceilings. Harrisburg as a whole is a diverse city with many local experiences to be enjoyed. Our quaint neighborhood is the embodiment of that diversity. Our well established neighborhood is quiet and home to many families and friendly neighbors. If you're not used to this type of environment, city living and associated noises, our home may not be suitable for you. Just a few minutes from everything: awesome eateries, various cafes, galleries, specialty bakeries, cozy bookstore, front street riverfront park, theaters, and HACC campus. There is so much history in this city which is most evident in the many turn of the century homes/building in the area. Every building offers unique characteristics that makes exploring even more enjoyable. One of our homes most defining features are the original hardwood floors which helps our home maintain its charming history. Broad Street Farmer’s Market (Wed –Sat)–The Broad Street Market is your source for locally-grown and organic produce, meats, baked goods, and freshly prepared meals. With nearly 40 vendors, the market has something for everyone! Vietnamese Garden - Pho & other casual Vietnamese dishes are made to eat in or take out at this cozy, old-school eatery. Brother’s Pizza - Unadorned joint selling counter-serve pies & slices, plus subs, burgers & pasta. Bricco’s - Upscale Mediterranean & Italian fare includes pizza, prime rib & truffle fries in a buzzy space. EL Sol - This spacious, colorful Mexican eatery offers classic dishes & a full bar with lots of tequilas. Los Tres Cubanos Restaurant - Casual place with an old-world atmosphere & traditional Cuban plates, plus happy hours & live music. Very close walking distance away.
