Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels are be available in the unit. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in green trash cans daily to keep a clean home. Other things to note: • This unit has a septic system. The septic system is not a trash can. Do not flush anything besides human waste and toilet paper. Never flush: cooking grease or oil, non-flushable wipes, such as baby wipes or other wet wipes, photographic solutions, feminine hygiene products, condoms, dental floss, diapers, coffee grounds, paper towels, pharmaceuticals. • This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of the owner. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Brevard County, Florida. Guests will have private access to the entire cabin and the attached deck. Guests also have access to over 20 acres of wooded surroundings which provide privacy and seclusion, even though you're just minutes from everything! The property has its own walking trails.
