⭐️ Farmhouse on Sac River ⭐️ 100 acre farm stay

If you are looking for a little peace and quiet come stay at our little Farmhouse. The Farmhouse is located on 100+acres in Polk County MO and has 1/2 mile of river frontage. You will be surrounded by hayfields and cattle with a path that leads you to the Sac River. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy all this property has to offer. We offer a discount for any stay seven days or longer! Pets are welcome - fees apply. This modest two bedroom one bath house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. You will have the house to yourself. We are typically on the property 1 or 2 times daily to do farm chores. Upon arrival we will show you around and show you which parts of the property are open for you to access. I can be reached via phone/text. I live on a property just two miles away. The river is the biggest draw, relaxing, floating (when the water is high enough), fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors. Cows are everywhere here and if your lucky you’ll see deer, turkey and bald eagles 🦅. We are also located 3 miles from the Frisco Highline Trail. You will be about 6 miles away from the nearest gas station.
