Blacktop all the way to the door, parking at doorstep. Central heat and air, high speed internet. Home is located next door to a neighborhood bar and grill. Boat launch in neighborhood for small fee, or public access is 3 miles away. Great screen porch that is perfect for working, dining, entertaining, reading, coffee drinking and happy hour! Rain or shine, it doesn't disappoint! Fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, gas grill, dine inside or out. Streaming TV with tons of channels Blacktop all the way to the front door, minutes from shopping and restaurants. Waters edge is at the back door, neighborhood boat ramp is available for your use for small extra fee to launch your boat, PWC, or kayak. Entire home I am available for my guests as they wish. I live a few miles away, so I can help out anytime with suggestions, directions, or resolve issues with the cabin on the spot! If you want to socialize, I'm up for it, but I feel like most guests want their privacy, so I respect that. Neighborhood established in the fifties, very relaxed and laid back. Neighborhoodbar and grill next door to the cabin, upscale resort swim beach, adult fun, with kid friendly water park 400 yds away. Neighborhood is walkable, or bring your golf cart, atv or side by side This cabin isn't fancy, but it is well maintained, spotless clean, and has everything you need.
