MILLERS' MISFIT FARM is on a working farm in Prineville, Oregon We have a no contact check in and check out. The apartment was designed as a "Mother in law" suite. It is 500 sq feet built in our home. It has it's own entrance, bath with shower, kitchen, living room, bedroom. We have just remodeled, with pergo flooring and new tile, fresh paint, just waiting for you! We have unlimited wifi, fresh eggs from our chickens for you to enjoy, and a beautiful view! Beware! This is a real farm, with real animals, and animals make noise! Hannah donkey is the loudest and most insistent that you visit her. They are pretty quiet at night, unless an intruder wakes them up. Of the others, all are rescues, with one exception. We have 1 horse, 2 mules, a donkey, that shares her space with a Jacob sheep, and chickens, 1 dog and 5 cats, 3 of which are feral. That being said, come meet them, and enjoy our farm. We look forward to meeting you! We have no roosters on the property!! No early wake up calls here... Unless Hannah donkey thinks it's time for breakfast! We also have a yard for you to enjoy, and seasonally we have a fire pit and barbeque for you to use and enjoy. There are lawn chairs for your comfort as well. Please look at policies and rules for additional information on using the hide a bed. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in these Covid-19 times. While we live on the property, we respect your privacy. You can have as little or much interaction with us as you please. We have a gated farm, with pass code entrances . When you book with us you will get your private code to enter. Don't forget to ask for a tour of our little piece of paradise. We love telling about the unique critters and their stories. Our neighborhood is made up of plots of land, some developed, some not. Please respect our neighbors and drive slowly on the gravel drives. The roads are paved until you enter the community, then gravel after that. We have all put a lot of effort to make the roads better over time, but they are still gravel and a bit bumpy. Also be aware that (Hidden by Airbnb) doesn't have the correct names on roads. Be sure and read the directions as we give them. Most of all, take a walk around, it is lovely and you never know what wild life you may encounter, from deer, elk , bluebirds, and squirrels, and the occasional lizard. So far, we haven't had any rattle snakes, but beware all the same. You must drive to our property. We are 6 miles away from downtown Prineville, where there are wonderful restaurants and breweries to fun shops to explore. PLEASE NOTE: THE LAST PART OF THE DRIVE ( COYOTE LANE ) IS VERY ROUGH!!! PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY! There is a cement parking pad for your use We are a short 6 miles to Prineville. There are wonderful places to eat and fun micro beers to be tasted.
