Two HEPA filters are in place on each floor, we use hospital grade disinfectants, and air is not circulated between floors. Relax with coffee, wine, meals on your amazing deck overlooking Hickory Nut Mountain as sheep and cows graze peacefully below. Gas grill is beside the deck for your enjoyment. Most of Hickory Nut Mountain, the mountain you see, is owned by Tim Sweeney, co-inventor of Fortnight and Epic Games, and is in conservation. Our WiFi enables Zoom meetings with no problem. Your suite is the entire first floor of our brick, split-level home. Your apartment faces south, providing plenty of sunshine and mountain views. We are quiet, progressive grandparents living upstairs on the opposite / north side of the home from your apartment. The two floors are separated by a solid wood door bolted on both sides, behind a wall hanging. Nearly no sound transference. The deck does not have handrails on the side but does have rows of potted plants on each side. It is about a 4 foot drop to the ground at the highest point. All. We give you your full privacy and are available by phone or text or email at anytime you need us. You may find us working on the upper field, with the sheep, or in the front yard. If a mobile provider has sketchy reception in our area, then simply “enable wifi calling” on your cell phone. Our WiFi is on a timer to go off from about 1 AM to 5 AM. That is only a few hours of the day to live without WiFi, and it is a perfect time to let the body rest from EMFs. But we are happy to set to 24-7 if that is your preference. We run hospital-grade HEPA filters on each floor.
