Quiet, country setting, only 3 miles from I-81 and I-26 interchange, 10 minutes from Johnson City (TRI) airport, and less than 30 miles from Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City. Private room with a king size bed in a modular home on 1/2 acre in the country. The house is set back from the road to reduce any traffic noise. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Only 3 miles from I-81 off Hwy 26. Nearby attractions include Doe River Covered Bridge, Bays Mountain Park & Planetarium, Bristol Motor Speedway, Birthplace of Country Music Museum, Bristol Caverns, Appalachian Quilt Trail, Bright's Zoo, Jonesborough Storytelling Center, Warriors' Path State Park, and Davey Crockett Birthplace. Whitewater rafting, fishing, bike trails, antique shops, wine tasting, local breweries and much more in the general area. Parking is on the propety. I apologize but I am allergic to dogs and cats. We are not able to accomodate guests with pets. We have a septic system. Therefore, please do not flush feminine products down the toilet and do not put any food down the sinks.
