Gorgeous, small, new studio apartment. 100% private. Entry at the rear of the building, walk up one flight of stairs, down a hallway (with four other apartments), this apartment is 3rd door on the right, Apt. #2. Window facing a private courtyard with room darkening blinds. Apartment is brand new. There is WiFi, but no cable or satellite for the 50" TV. Use your own sign in for Netflix, etc. Shared (free) washer/dryer to use. Pay to park lot behind the building, some free street parking. However, I am always available by phone or text. I also have staff that lives on the same block that can help with just about anything. IMPORTANT The ONLY things you CAN put in the toilet: - Provided single ply toilet paper - What your body would naturally expel into a toilet (pea & poop). Examples of what you CAN’T put in the toilet: - “flushable” wipes, Menstrual Products - Q-Tips, Cotton Pads, Cotton Products - Condoms, Diapers, towels - Dental Floss, hair, food - Paper Towels, Tissues, Medication This is an UPFLUSH system. ANYTHING other than what you CAN put will jam the grinder pump or the backflow preventer immediately & need to be replaced. This is a minimum $500 charge to you. The flush is checked to confirm it is operational before each guest arrives. There is NO chance of any issue “pre-existing”
