Charming single family home located in the Village of Oconomowoc Lake. Well appointed for longs stays or perfect for a weekend retreat. Easy access to I94 and Hwy. 16. Minutes away from Olympia Resort, stores, restaurants, downtown Oconomowoc. 10 minute drive to Delafield. 20 minute drive to Erin Hills, site of the 2017 US Open. 35 minutes to downtown Milwaukee. 45 minutes to Madison. Quiet secluded location with ample opportunities for wildlife sightings. (Turkeys, Deer, Beavers, Salamanders, Frogs) and foot path access to beautiful Oconomowoc Lake. You will have access to the entire home. We ask that you do not go down into the basement as it is an unfinished storage area. You can also use the left side of the garage. You'll find a garage door opener in the white tulip bowl in the dining room. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master and middle bedroom are equipped with flat screen tv's and include cable. We live in Denver, CO but are available for anything you need. the absolute best way to reach us is via the airbnb site as we are often out of cell range skiing or hiking the Rocky Mountains. We will try to answer any questions you have within 24 hours. A quiet weekend retreat or the site of a national convention for 1,000, Oconomowoc has the facilities to meet your needs. Learn more by googling Oconomowoc. We are located along I-94. We are in a great central location approximately 30-40 minutes from Madison to the West and Milwaukee to the East. This is a 1940's home, you can see the house in its original home in the picture on the wall in the dining room. There is a fireplace in the master to help make you comfortable in the winter months and sliding doors open to a deck for summer ventilation. There is central air throughout the rest of the home. The house uses a septic system. Please be considerate and not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
