This charming little Cottage offers all the modern amenities (WIFI, air conditioning, newly renovated kitchen) and all the peacefulness of being on Crooked River while still being just a block off of US-31 -- making heading out to explore northern Michigan super convenient! - Petoskey downtown (15 minutes away) - Harbor Springs downtown (20 minutes away) - the Mighty Mackinac Bridge (25 miles north) - ferry service to Mackinac Island (23 miles north) - public boat launch (5 miles away) - Nub's Nob Ski Resort (10 miles away) - Boyne Highlands Ski Resort (11 miles away) - North Western State Trail connecting Petoskey to Mackinaw City (one block away). The Sunshine Cottage is ideally located for those wanting to explore the area by boat, kayak, paddle board, bike, ski, snowmobile, or snowshoe! Please note: Pontoon parked at end of dock is NOT part of rental. Please note: the hot tub on the deck is non-functional with removal slated for this fall.
